He is a certified notary (ISR), a co-opted Member of the Zurich Centre STEP, the Swiss Arbitration Association, the International Entrepreneurs Association, and the International Association of Jewish Lawyers and Jurists. Mr. Dardikman also serves on the board of Friends of the University of Haifa in Switzerland.

Ms. Glück-Ledereich serves as a legal assistant at the firms Swiss Branch, specializing in case management, legal research, document preparation, and corporate secretarial services.
